      Incomplete forms must be disqualified and cannot be considered.
So make certain all sections of the form are complete, 
and be sure to identify your Local.  [ ex: MnDOT Virginia is Local 1426 ]
 


HOW TO SUBMIT

      Bring your completed form(s) to your next General Membership Meeting:
              PROPOSAL FORMS are due by September 1, 2026
              INEQUITIES FORMS are due by October 1, 2026

      You may also email your completed form(s) 
         to your Local Line-Board Officers, on or before the due date.
             

Contract Proposals are reviewed for completeness and relevance.  Those that pass the initial stages may then be voted on by delegates at the Council 5 Convention.  Delegates decide whether to advance your submission to the appropriate negotiations team (Master Contract or Supplementals).
