Medical Insurance Plan Schedule of Benefits as Accepted for 2026 Agreement

This health plan benefit comparison document was formatted legal size, when printed on letter sized paper, there is loss of information unless printed to 'fit' letter size paper. Also, title at the top of this document differs from page description given in published contract table of contents. Of many chaotic and unpredictable events which transpired in Minnesota and elsewhere since this schedule appeared, when considering non-optional items that commonly make up everyone's cost of living, (food, housing, transportation and for some childcare) affordable healthcare could be one of the least stable or predictable.

Survey respondents in positions defined as 'non-political' showed, consistent with surveys elsewhere, the label-word 'union' taints views about collective bargaining, an effect found much less among those in government service employment defined as 'political'.
