Good and Welfare Committee :)

During our December 14, 2025 general membership meeting, the membership approved the creation of a Good & Welfare Committee for AFSCME Local 3931.

This committee will be made up of 2–3 members from each of the following areas:

Eau Claire
Saint Cloud
Mankato
Metro
Fixed Sites
Lab
Kitting

The purpose of this committee will be to develop guidelines for Good & Welfare sponsorships that our union may provide.

We encourage members who are interested in supporting fellow members and strengthening our local to reach out.
