Robert Brennan

Robert Brennan is based out of Saint Cloud Mobile Collections and has been an active member of AFSCME Local 3931 since becoming a Union Steward in May 2024. He served as Secretary of AFSCME Local 3931 from March 2025 through May 2026 before being elected by the Executive Board to serve as President in September 2026.

As President, Robert is focused on strengthening member engagement, expanding union education and communication, and making sure members understand their rights and the resources available to them. He is also heavily involved in new-hire orientations and steward training, helping new members understand their union and preparing stewards to confidently represent their coworkers.

Robert is committed to building a strong, informed, and involved membership while continuing to improve communication and support across all of Local 3931's locations.
