Join us for a day of learning, practicing, and building the skills we need to strengthen our Union! Everyone has a role in organizing! This training is about building confidence, developing practical skills, and getting more of our members involved. 

What we'll be doing: 

  • Learn and practice one-on-one conversations that engage workers and help them become active union members. 
  • Understand how our union operates and how we can use our union to build power. 
  • Map our union - who our members are and where they are located. 
  • Identify the challenges facing our Union and understand who is working against us. 
  • Build organizing skills we can take back to our workplaces and locals.
