Members of the negotiating team are elected by the membership to gather input from all Union members and to bargain with the employer for a fair contract. Elections are held at the start of each contract cycle. Ideas for the next round of bargaining can be addressed to this team.

This elected negotiating team was the lead in negotiating our 2026-28 contract and works on issues that need to be clarified or negotiated during the term of that agreement.

A new team will be elected in Spring 2028.
