Cori Edgerton has been the recording secretary of AFSCME Local 602 since March 2025. She has served on the Local 602 Election Committee in December 2024 and the University Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee in 2022-2024. Cori has been a union member since 2015.

Cori has worked at the Livingston Lord Library since 2015 as a library technician in various departments. Currently, she works in the Technical Services Department (where all the behind-the-scenes work occurs to obtain and prepare materials for library patrons) as the Cataloging Technician.
