Heidi Holm

My name is Heidi Holm, and I serve as one of the stewards within Local 306. I work as a MnCHOICES Reassessor in Community Living Services, primarily at the Western Service Center, and I have been with the county since July 2023. I have been a union member for about a year and a half and became involved as a steward because I am passionate about advocacy, problem solving, and helping to grow our local union. As a steward, my goal is to support the organization’s mission with fairness and transparency by listening, collaborating, and helping guide the organization responsibly. I believe it is essential that we work together to build a union where every member feels valued and heard.
