Rickie Larson

My name is Rickie Larson, and I serve as the Secretary of our union board. I work as a MnCHOICES Reassessor in CLS, primarily at the NSC, and I’ve been with the county since December 2018.

I’ve been a union member for just over three years. During that time, I’ve served as both a Chief Steward and a Steward, experiences that strengthened my commitment to supporting my coworkers and promoting fairness in our workplace.

As Secretary, my goal is to help build a stronger, more engaged union. I’m passionate about encouraging members to get involved, stay informed, and work together to make our union as strong and effective as possible.
