Kristin Salseg

My name is Kristin Salseg, and I serve as the Local 306 Treasurer. I work as a CLS Program Coordinator in Social Services and have been a Dakota County employee and union member since January 2012. Over the years, I have served Local 306 as both Secretary and Treasurer. I am energized by all things union and especially enjoy connecting with new staff and non-members to help increase membership. I am a strong advocate for communication because knowledge is power, and I believe true strength comes from unity as we advocate for fairness and equity. We are stronger together—AFSCME strong!
