CONTRACT RATIFICATION
FOR STATE BARGAINING UNITS 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 & 25

A tentative agreement has been reached between AFSCME’s Master Negotiating Committee and the State of Minnesota. Now affected members will have the opportunity to vote on their contract.

Key Dates:
May 20–June 3 Members may request mail ballots
June 8 Council 5 will send mail ballots
June 15–19 On-site voting
June 20 Deadline for returning mail ballots
June 22 All ballots will be counted

Members are encouraged to vote on site, where Council 5 staff and members of the Master Negotiating Team will explain the tentative agreement and answer questions about contract issues.
