CONTRACT RATIFICATION
FOR STATE BARGAINING UNITS 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 & 25
A tentative agreement has been reached between AFSCME’s Master Negotiating Committee and the State of Minnesota. Now affected members will have the opportunity to vote on their contract.
Key Dates:
May 20–June 3 Members may request mail ballots
June 8 Council 5 will send mail ballots
June 15–19 On-site voting
June 20 Deadline for returning mail ballots
June 22 All ballots will be counted

Members are encouraged to vote on site, where Council 5 staff and members of the Master Negotiating Team will explain the tentative agreement and answer questions about contract issues.
Members unable to vote on site have been given the opportunity to request a mail ballot. The June 3rd deadline for requesting mail ballots has passed. Mail ballots must be returned by June 20.
