Minnesota faces an over $6 billion deficit as we enter this state budget legislative session. Unless we raise revenue fairly thousands of AFSCME jobs could be lost at the state, local governments, hospitals and non-profits. Our guaranteed benefit pensions are also under attack by anti-working families legislators. We need to show up in force at this year’s state budget session DOTH on March 22 to protect our jobs and pensions.
