Finding Minnesota OSHA Rules on the Internet
The Minnesota OSHA Rules are available in a bound volume through Minnesota's Bookstore, 117 University Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota 55155 for a price, or you can find them on the internet for free.

The book is made up of a combination of Minnesota Statues and Minnesota Rules. To get the Minnesota OSHA Rules, you must retrieve one chapter of state statutes, #182, and five chapters of state rules: 5205, 5206, 5207, 5210, and 5215.

You can find the state statutes at the following internet address: https://www.revisor.leg.state.mn.us/statutes/?letter=O&year=2008

You can find the state rules at the following internet address: https://www.revisor.leg.state.mn.us/rules/?view=list

The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry has a place at which you can find these (and other items of interest) at: http://www.dli.mn.gov/MNOsha.asp

The text at these sites is updated every time the statutes or rules change and is always current. Because Minnesota has its own OSHA and because some provisions of the state rules, such as the indoor air ventilation standard, are stronger than federal standards, this is an important document to have.
